  • Yes! We are fully licensed and insured to perform all remodeling and contracting work in North Carolina. *Currently not licensed in South Carolina but we can still perform general remodeling work that doesn’t require permits*

  • Our estimates are $100, due after your initial consult with your project manager and before your estimate can be created. Estimate fees apply as a credit to your final invoice if you decide to work with us.

Roofing, Siding & Exterior

  • Yes. Whether it's a small repair or a complete replacement, we’ve got you covered with top-quality materials and craftsmanship.

  • We do our best to match your existing siding as closely as possible and will show you options before moving forward.

HVAC & Plumbing

  • We install and replace new HVAC systems, ductwork, furnace, package units, heat pumps, etc.

  • In most cases, we can replace a standard hot water heater within a few hours.

  • Usually, yes. We work in phases and communicate clearly to minimize disruption. For extensive remodels, we’ll discuss your best options while we prioritize your safety and privacy.

  • Yes, we can assist with layout, cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures to bring your vision to life. We have a preferred designer referral we are happy to connect you with.

  • Yes! With preferred pricing from our suppliers we are able to offer a full range of kitchen appliances. Whether you are looking for a new refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and more we offer them in a wide range of colors and finishes.

Interior Work

  • We install hardwoods, carpet, laminate, LVP, tile, and more. We'll help you choose what’s best for your space and lifestyle.

  • Yes, we handle both interior and exterior painting with professional prep, quality paints, and clean finishes. We even can paint occupied homes with additional prep to ensure no splatter or overspray.

  • Definitely. We're happy to install materials you provide, or we can supply everything as part of a turnkey remodel. We can refer you to some of our key material partners.

Project Process & Payment

  • Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship and offer warranties on labor and select materials. Details will be included in your contract.
