How We Started

While working full-time jobs in 2019 and listening to BiggerPockets podcasts, Grant and Tyler were looking for ways to supplement their 9-5 and branch off onto their own path towards financial independence. Along the way they discovered a mutual interest in real estate, remodeling, and serving others. Since then, they spent years educating themselves on the market, learning new skills, connecting with industry professionals, and securing the right tools to launch this dream. Now after nearly 75 of their own fix and flips and rental property acquisitions the team has grown to offer their expertise to others who are also looking to find their home's purpose!

After Graduating from UNC-Charlotte in 2016, Grant spent his early career in Biotech while finding a passion for real estate on the side. He has lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, and North Carolina and hopes his background helps him understand different Real Estate markets and trends. Now as a licensed Realtor, he hopes to continue helping others buying, selling, or renovating their home.

Tyler Crouch

Co-Founder

Tyler was born and raised in Statesville, NC and attended UNC- Charlotte for college. During his time at UNC-Charlotte, Tyler started an internship as a project manager with a local property management company. The rest is history. He found a passion in project management and the ability to bring houses back to life. Now as an experienced rehabber and project manager, he is looking to continue chasing his dream of helping others find their home’s purpose.
